For EMP projects, our consultant prepares a concise report in the format of a plan to enable practical implementation for environmental management practices at the project site throughout the whole duration of a development.

Ms. Siah Bee Yong (Agnes)
M. Eng. (Civil – Environmental Management), B. Sc. (Environment)
Agnes has over ten years of experience in environmental management, particularly in environmental monitoring, consultancy and environmental management system (EMS) implementation. Throughout the years, she has worked with many high profile clients from various industries of which include petroleum refinery, port management, airport management, oil terminals, petrochemical facilities and other general manufacturing facilities. She is currently a full time Environmental Consultant with EHS and she is based in Johor Bahru.
Agnes’s project experience encompasses Environmental Monitoring, Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), Environmental Audits, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Industrial Effluents Characterization Study (IECS) and other customized environmental studies. She has an extensive experience in consulting industries for their compliance status and requirements, which relates to the projects’ effluent discharge, stack emission, ambient air quality, environmental noise and soil and groundwater quality.
Ms. Chin Kim Siew
B. Tech in Environmental Technology
Having twelve years of experience in the field of environmental consultancy, Kim’s project experience mainly involves the formulation of EIA, EMP and license and approval applications, conducting environmental compliance audits and environmental monitoring works for clients to fulfil DOE requirements,. Within the years, Kim has also gained experience in project management for consultancy projects for the environmental firms she served; and engineering design and built projects for wastewater treatment plant for an engineering firm. The early years has provided experience in the sewerage framework of the country including HAZOP and HAVREV exposure while working for the national sewerage firm.
Kim is a registered Environmental Auditor and CESSWI certified. Her consultancy experience encompasses project planning to construction and implementation for various setups. These include petrochemical facility, quarries, mixed developments and manufacturing facilities. Her compliance audit experience is also extensive covering the key regions of Peninsular Malaysia which includes scheduled waste facilities; industrial facilities such as petrochemical, quarry and cement plant; and, construction and development projects.
